Andre has been with ABMB since graduating from Louisiana Tech in 1997. He has risen through the ranks at ABMB to become the manager of the Site Design Division, as well as a principal in the firm. Andre has served as the project manager on some of ABMB’s largest-ever site development projects, including the Mall of Louisiana expansion and the current development of the new Woman’s Hospital campus. He was also a lead designer on the Desoto Park project, a 5.5-acre park in the batture of the Mississippi River in downtown Baton Rouge, as well as the expansive Atchafalaya Basin Welcome Center project―a 70-acre cultural activity site involving walkpaths, fishing piers, rest areas, and water access structures on Lake Pelba.
Andre’s areas of expertise include site and land development for developments such as parks and recreation facilities, hospitals, schools, and a range of commercial property types. He has extensive background in hydrology, hydraulics and stormwater management, wastewater design, site utility planning, and American Disabilities Act (ADA) codes for site accessibility.
