Laurence L. Lambert II

As the head of ABMB’s Traffic Engineering Division and a principal of the firm, Laurence has over 12 years of engineering experience specifically related to transportation projects. He also oversees the Business Development and Marketing functions of the firm.

Laurence earned BS and MS degrees from the LSU School of Engineering, and most recently, his MBA from the LSU E.J. Ourso School of Business. He is a registered Civil Engineer and a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer. Over his tenure with ABMB, his work has included everything from roadway design and Stage 0 studies to traffic impact studies, simulation modeling, ITS, and signal design.

Laurence is also intimately familiar with the Continuous Flow Intersection concept. He was a member of the ABMB team that designed the first two-legged CFI in the country, and also led statewide studies in Arkansas and Louisiana investigating the implementation of CFI, as well as studies in Georgia, Utah, Ohio and Maryland.
