Designed signal improvement for 29 intersections in Baton Rouge

For the City of Baton Rouge’s revitalization efforts in the downtown area, ABMB designed signal improvements for 29 intersections. In addition to signal synchronization and equipment upgrades, which included implementing video detection and countdown pedestrian signal heads, ABMB chose unique dark green decorative signal poles and specially designed street signs. The countdown pedestrian heads were new to the Baton Rouge area and recommended by ABMB.

ABMB was also involved in the development of new wayfinding signs, branded with a special look for downtown.
